A Typhoon/Hurricane Havens/Severe Weather DVD with over 200 port studies is now available. It contains the Typhoon/Hurricane Havens Handbooks, the European Severe Weather Port Guide, the African Severe Weather Port Guide, the Middle East Severe Weather Port Guide and the Central/South America/Caribbean Severe Weather Port Guide and the Puget Sound Area Heavy Weather Port Guide. A DVD is now available that contains many of the regional "Forcaster Handbooks" that were developed by the Naval Research Laboratory and its predecessors.
